1. Who This Is

Rad Cat Psychic is operated by Arden. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't book.

2. The Service

Rad Cat Psychic offers one-hour psychic readings conducted by Arden via phone call, for $100 per session.

Readings may include mediumship, fortune telling, extraterrestrial communication, or other intuitive services as discussed. All sessions are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. Nothing communicated during a reading should be taken as professional advice, legal, financial, medical, or otherwise.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through our website

  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete

  • By completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Service

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if Arden cancels the session. If that happens, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within [5–10 business days], depending on your bank.

If you cancel or no-show, no refund will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to arden@radcatpsychic.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

5. What We're Not

Psychic readings are not a substitute for professional advice. Rad Cat Psychic does not provide:

  • Medical diagnoses or health advice

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Therapy or mental health services

If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

6. Your Responsibilities

By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)

  • You will be available and reachable at the agreed time

  • You will engage respectfully, harassment or abusive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund

  • The information you provide (name, phone, email) is accurate

7. Limitation of Liability

Rad Cat Psychic provides readings in good faith. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on a reading, or for any outcomes that result from acting on guidance received during a session.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and artwork, belongs to Rad Cat Psychic. Please don't reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem, please reach out first at arden@radcatpsychic.com, most things can be sorted out with a conversation.

If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], and any legal proceedings will take place in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the full agreement between you and Rad Cat Psychic regarding use of this website and our services.
